We are the "Data Fiduciary" for the personal data you share on this website under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This website is not run by Peps Industries.

• What you type in the form: your name and mobile number; and if you choose to tell us, your area, what brings you here, mattress size, budget, preferred call time and the mattress range you asked about.
• Your consent: that you ticked "I agree to be contacted by call/WhatsApp about my enquiry.", and when.
• How you found us: the ad campaign details in the link you clicked (UTM tags), ad click IDs from Google and Meta (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid), the page you landed on and the website that referred you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and cookies set by us, Google and Meta (see below).

• To call or WhatsApp you about your enquiry, recommend mattresses and book a store visit if you want one.
• To keep a record of your enquiry and its outcome (for example, whether you visited the store).
• To measure which of our ads work, so we spend less on ads that don't. This includes telling Google and Meta, in hashed (scrambled) form, when an enquiry or a store purchase came from one of their ads.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse.

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form.

A member of our store team at Old Madras Road will call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave. We will only contact you about your mattress enquiry. We do not sell your data.

We use these service providers ("Data Processors") to run the website and handle enquiries:

• Our customer management system (CRM) — to track your enquiry.
• Vercel (website hosting), our database provider, and Google Sheets — to store enquiries securely.
• Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure ads, as described above.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — to check that form submissions come from a real person.
• Email and messaging providers — to alert our store team about your enquiry.

Some of these providers may process data outside India, subject to the DPDP Act.

We store a small first-party cookie (peps_attr) for 30 days that remembers which ad or link brought you here, so your enquiry is credited correctly. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel set their own cookies (such as _ga, _gcl_*, _fbp and _fbc) to measure visits and ad performance. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to help you and to keep accurate records, and for no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

• Stop calls or messages: tell the person who calls you, reply "STOP" on WhatsApp to +91 78991 14456, or email us. We will stop contacting you.
• Withdraw consent at any time — as easy as giving it. This won't affect anything we did before you withdrew.
• Access, correct or erase your personal data, and nominate someone to exercise your rights for you.
